Questions
Is Bliss Tea really ahead of PopulariTea?
Barely. They are only 0.004 points apart and both round to 4.63. Bliss has a higher rating of 4.9 compared to PopulariTea's 4.7. But PopulariTea has more reviews at 555 compared to Bliss's 151, so its number is better proven.
Why does no bubble tea shop have high confidence?
Confidence is calculated by dividing the number of reviews by the number of reviews plus 178, which is the review weight for this category. The highest confidence on this list is 0.79. So all 15 shops are considered low (6) or medium (9). HERO TEA OTTAWA is third with a score of 4.60 and a confidence of 0.50.
Why aren't Real Fruit Bubble Tea, Chatime or Gong Cha listed?
All are listed as chains that have 10 or more locations in Canada. We do not include chains on our lists. Presotea, Kung Fu Tea Ottawa and Xing Fu Tang are not included for the same reason.
